Please use this form to alert the tournament committee of your roster revision. Roster revisions are allowed prior to kick-off of your first tournament game.

Please note that these revisions will not show up on your ROSTER PROFILE that was submitted for the purpose of scouting and recruiting. To change your ROSTER PROFILE for scouting and recruiting, after the print deadline, it is imperative you bring hard copies (25 minimum) to the Scouts & Coaches Check-In Tent.
