USS Cap & Gown Lending Program
This program lends a cap and gown to graduating UCSD students. Please fill out this form and if approved, Undocumented Student Services will follow up with details for you to pick up the cap and gown.

The deadline to apply is Friday, May 22, 2026.

Additionally, you must pick up the cap and gown by May 29, 2026

This is a lending program so you will need to return the cap and gown. You can return it in person to our office by June 19th, 2026 or ship it back to us by June 26th, 2026.

We have limited inventory, so we apologize if we do not have your size. Our gowns are traditional undergraduate black gowns purchased from Amazon and are not UCSD-affiliated. See the image below.

Program Agreement

By checking the box below, you agree to return the cap and gown lent to you by the return deadline.

You agree to return the cap and gown in person to our office, located on the 5th floor at Student Services Center, unit 555 by June 19, 2026. Or ship it to our mailing address below by June 26, 2026. The payment of shipping will be the student's responsibility.
