• THE TURNAROUND RESALE STORE LARGE PICK-UP DONATION FORM

    The Turnaround Resale Store, part of the Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Outreach Ministry, sells new and gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, and household goods to the public, providing the community with quality goods at affordable prices. Proceeds from the sale of goods in the store go towards the outreach work of the ministry, including the operational needs of our food pantry, financial support for our missionaries (locally, nationally, and internationally), homeless outreach, and street evangelism.     Please fill out the form below to schedule your large donation pick up. Remember, this form is for picking up donations of larger pieces, including furniture, appliances, electronics, and/or other large items that you would not be able to bring during our normal Donation Days or Tuesday Donation Drop Off. All items must be in either new or gently used condition to be considered for pick up. Make sure to fill out the form in its entirety. PICK-UP SCHEDULES ARE MADE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. If you have problems uploading your pictures, please fill out and submit this form, then email your pictures to krichardson@ocbfchurch.org.

  • Please fill out your pick-up information. Include your preferred pick up dates, address and location information, contact information, and special instructions, including storage unit number (if applicable). Currently, we are only doing pick ups within a 20 mile radius of the store (up to 30-mile radius with approval from store director or store supervisor). Pick-ups are done between 9:00am-1:00pm on the date selected (unless otherwise noted).   • Please let us know what you will be donating. REMEMBER: All items must be in either new or gently used condition to be considered for pick-up. Check all of the items that apply. Include pictures of only the large items that you will be donating. If you are having problems uploading pictures, please call Kara Richardson at 214-652-9316 or email krichardson@ocbfchurch.org. NOTE: Pictures must be received before pick up will be confirmed. If you will be donating other items in addition to your large donations, please note how many bags or boxes you will be including.

  • Guidelines for Pick-Ups (PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING):

    1. Your donation form will be deemed "complete" when your form and pictures are BOTH submitted. Your form is deemed incomplete if your pictures are not submitted.

    2. Once your donation form and pictures have been received and reviewed, we will email to confirm whether or not we will be able to complete your pick-up, as well as your pick-up date and time. This email will also include day of information about the pick-up. Please make sure that you have the email on hand for verification or the drivers will not be able to do the pick-up. 

    3. Please call Kara Richardson at 214-652-9316/email krichardson@ocbfchurch.org or Ed Kyler at 214-652-9320/email ekyler@ocbfchurch.org if you need to cancel or reschedule your pick-up. All pick-ups should be canceled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours of scheduled pick-up date (by 9am the Friday before the pick-up) to have first-priority for your next pick-up day choice.

    4. The pick-up driver(s) will call or text when they are on their way to your pick-up location. Please remember that pick-ups are done between 9am and 1pm.

    5. A person over the age of 18 must be present for pick-up driver(s) to pick-up items.

    6. If the pick-up driver(s) arrives and there is no one home at time of pick-up, the driver(s) will wait 10 minutes. If no one arrives, the pick-up will have to be rescheduled for the next pick-up date. 

    7. The pick-up driver(s) is not responsible for packing items or breaking down any furniture or large donation items. Because we have a limited window of time to work with, please make sure that your items are ready for pick-up when the driver(s) arrives.

    8. Donations in the possession of the pick-up drivers are deemed property of the Turnaround Resale Store and cannot be returned to the previous owner. Please make sure that what you are giving is intended for donation. 

    9. If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule the pick-up for a Monday or Wednesday after the weather occurrence. If a Pick-Up Day needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you as soon as we can to schedule the new date.  

    I agree that the items that I am donating are new or gently used and are in good, resellable condition. If the pick-up driver feels like an item cannot be sold in the store or if the pictures do not represent the true condition of an item, the driver has the right to refuse a donation.
