Welcome to my new appointment request page!  I'm limiting the types and styles that I tattoo so that I can focus on what makes me happy and truly fulfilled as an artist, and what I really feel like will be the best representation of what I can do.  Please don't get offended or put off if I don't choose your project idea, I will recommend you to one of the artists that works in the shop that I feel will do the best possible tattoo on you, based on what you'd like to do.  Thank you all for your continued support and trust in me, I'm honored and humbled by the amount of requests I recieve!!

A non refundable deposit covering 1 hour ($200) for all appointments is required, and will be put towards the FINAL appointment of your tattoo.  This is nothing extra, simply just to hold your appointments and cover any draw/prep time in the event of a no show or last minute cancellation.  You will be asked to provide this deposit upon the approval of this form or at your consultation.  You will not be scheduled without this deposit. 

 

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call no less than 48 hours in advance to reschedule in order to keep your deposit.  If you no call no show, you forfiet your deposit and will be required to make a new deposit in order to make a new appointment.  

 

If you are not 18 at the time of your appointment, your deposit will not be returned.  PLEASE do not book an appointment in advance if you are not at least 18 years old.

 

Touch ups are free.  A free touch up is NOT meant to be 'fix my tattoo because I've been tanning and destroying my skin for the past 10 years, and now it looks bad.'

Touch ups are meant to be done shortly after the tattoo is completed, to make sure that the final healing is perfect and there's nothing more that can be done to your piece.

 

Hourly rate is for TATTOO TIME only.  You will not be charged extra for drawing, set up time or breaks. 

 

Please understand that I get a lot of requests, and I will be unable to take on every project that is submitted.  If I'm unable to take on your project, I will gladly recommend you to another artist specifically based on what youd like to get.
