• Centered Riding Clinic with Dorothy Crosby

    Green Acres Stable is excited to have Dorothy Crosby for a 2 plus day clinic of Centered Riding. April 14th for a Friday night unmounted session and April 15th and 16th for two days of mounted riding.

  • Where: Green Acres Stables 174 Drew Rd. Madbury, NH 03823

    When: April 14th- PM unmounted session April 15th-16th mounted clinics

    Cost: $150. a day for $285. for both days including the unmounted session

    $40. unmounted session on Friday and auditing for the weekend. 

    $20. auditing for the weekend. Parents may audit for free. If you have a seat and listen, you are auditing. Wristbands will be handed out to riders, parents and paid auditors. 

    Stalls available: $30. night- sawdust provided. Must clean out. 

    Limited to 20 riders each day- groups of 3-4 riders

    Horses must be current with a 2023 Negative Coggins and Vaccinations

    Please present coggins when checking in. 

    Potluck lunches. Bring your favorite dish to share. Drinks will be provided. 

    Bring your own chair to sit and learn and enjoy. 

    Certificates will be handed out to riders. 

    Clinic is open to Green Acres riders first till February 1st and then open to the general public. 

    Green Acres has an indoor arena so we will be able to do it rain or shine. 

     

     

  • Dorothy Crosby

    Dorothy Crosby is certified both as a Level III Centered Riding® Instructor/Clinician and a CHA Instructor for both English and Western riders. As Director of the Riding Program at Southmowing Stables in Guilford, VT., her responsibilities include horse management as well as overseeing the riding program. In addition, she manages a small farm in Stoddard, NH, where Equi-librium is based. Workshops, clinics, special events, and lessons are offered at both locations. Dorothy also travels for clinics and to instruct riders at other locations; she was pleased to present two Centered Riding workshops at Equine Affaire 2017.
