    • A $500 deposit, required to reserve your child's placement (this amount will be applied toward your tuition balance)

  • Tuition, Fees & Payment Plan Agreement

    We are pleased you have enrolled/re-enrolled your child at The Liberty School. Our staff will work hard to ensure that the experience will be a challenging, successful, and exciting one for your child.

    Tuition for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year is $21,500. If you'd like to apply for a scholarship, you can do so by clicking this link. The deadline to apply for a Liberty School Scholarship is May 9th, 2025. Scholarship notifications will be communicated in the first two weeks of June after we receive the ACE Scholarship Notifications. (To learn more about ACE scholarships, which are due on the 15th of April of every year, please click here. 

    The Liberty School’s cost commitments are predicated on a certain number of students for the entire year. In the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of your child at any time during the school year, The Liberty School reserves the right to require full payment of tuition, and no adjustment thereof will be made. There is no refund or reduction in tuition given due to absences, vacations, holidays, or snow days during the school year.

    Our Payment Management System

    The Liberty School partners with TUIO, an online payment platform for tuition and school fees management. Through their platform, you can EASILY view and pay your invoices electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to yearly tuition, you will incur the following fees:

    • A one-time $100 processing fee for new applicants.
    • A $500 deposit to reserve your child's placement is due upon submission of this Enrollment/Tuition, Fees & Payment Plan Agreement Form. (Note: This amount will be credited against the regular tuition fee.)
    • A $250 fee for school supplies and technology. Note: This fee will be billed at the beginning of the school year. Families will not be required to purchase any school supplies and we will supply each student with a Dell Chromebook (for use at school only).

    After we receive your enrollment forms, you will receive an invitation by email to set up your TUIO account. When you set up your account, your monthly tuition and fee invoices will be automatically issued to your TUIO account on the 1st of every month and the payment will be due on the 15th of that month.

    You can choose to set up your tuition payments to be paid online automatically in the following ways:

    1) Online payment via automatic, recurring ACH withdrawal (this is an electronic check, similar to pre-authorized debit. There is no additional charge to you to use the ACH withdrawal option as The Liberty School has agreed to cover those costs to encourage you to set up monthly, recurring tuition payments.

    2) Online payment via credit card. This method incurs a fee of 35¢ + 3.5% in processing fees paid by you, the parent/guardian.

    You will have 4 payment options to choose from:

    1. A full payment at the beginning of the school year. (This is the only option that can be paid by traditional check, if desired.)
    2. A quarterly payment plan with payments being due every quarter.
    3. A 10-month payment plan August 15th through May 15th.
    4. A 12-month payment plan from June 15th to May 15th.

    To take advantage of any of our payment plans, payments MUST be made via TUIO's automatic ACH or Credit/Debit Withdrawal methods.

    In the event your automatic payment fails and is returned as an NSF, we are charged $25 by our payment processor and we will pass that NSF fee on to you. If you know that your funds will not be available for payment, please let us know AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to the payment due date so we can stop the payment from processing and help you avoid an NSF fee.

  • Account Information Required to Set Up a TUIO Account

    TUIO only allows one account per family. Therefore, we will need the information of the parent that will be responsible for managing the account.

  • Legal and Binding Agreement

    Please read the legal and binding agreement below carefully.

    1. Responsible Parties are responsible for the full payment of their annual tuition and agree to prompt payment of all charges concerning the student while enrolled at Liberty School Inc.
    2. Upon signing this agreement, the student is enrolled for the entire school year and Responsible Parties are therefore liable for the entire year's tuition. The fact that The Liberty School allows tuition to be paid in installments does not create a fractional contract or in any way relieve the Responsible Parties of payment for the entire school year's tuition and fees. The total amount due and payable to Liberty School Inc. shall be considered as agreed upon liquidated damages between the parties to the agreement should the Responsible Parties breech this agreement.
    3. The school reserves the right to dismiss the student for repeated infractions of school rules and/or an inappropriate fit between Liberty School Inc. and student's academic, emotional or social needs. Liberty School Inc. reserves the right to not refund or remit tuition based on early withdrawal or dismissal.
    4. If either of the Responsible Parties fails to fulfill his/her financial agreement with Liberty School Inc., the other will assume full financial responsibility for all remaining school fees.
    5. When paying tuition online, a $25 fee will be assessed to the responsible parties for fees incurred by our payment processor Netbanx for each notification of insufficient funds. If paying a fee/tuition by check, a $35.00 fee will be assessed to your account for each notification by our bank of insufficient funds for checks that an issued. A late fee of 5% will be assessed on any unpaid balance after 30 days of non- payment based upon your tuition agreement. After 30 days of non-payment, the school reserves the right to dismiss the student from The Liberty School and will hold all transcripts, grade reports and school records until all accounts are paid in full.
    6. The Responsible Parties assume responsibility for all fees (i.e. administrative, attorney, court, etc) that might result from action by Liberty School Inc. involving the undersigned. In the event that it becomes necessary for The Liberty School Inc. to retain counsel to resolve a dispute involving the Responsible Parties and student, or to collect any fees due by the Responsible Parties. Responsible Parties may be required to pay interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 18% per annum, plus all attorney fees and court costs incurred by Liberty School Inc., whether suit is filed or or not.
    7. Payment obligations are based on the program hours that you agree to attend, not on the actual attendance. There is no reduction in tuition due to absences,vacations, or snow days during the school year. There are no make-up days for absences due to illness, vacations, snow days or holidays.
    8. Tuition covers the days that Liberty School Inc. is in operation and will refer to the school calendar for those dates that The Liberty School is closed.

  • You are halfway there! The next step is to fill out our Liability/Medical Forms. These forms will appear once you submit this form. Your child will not be registered without the completion of these forms. Once these forms are completed, the final step of enrollment is to upload your child's latest vaccination form as the last task featured at the end of the Liability/Medical Forms. Alternatively, you can email your child's vaccination form to support@thelibertyschool.org PRIOR to her/his first day of attendance.

    In order to remain compliant with the CDPHE guidelines, your child WILL NOT be allowed to attend The Liberty School without the required, updated vaccination form. Colorado law (Board of Health rule 6 CCR 1009-2) requires all students attending Colorado schools to be vaccinated against certain diseases, unless an exemption is filed.
