Tuition, Fees & Payment Plan Agreement
We are pleased that you have enrolled/re-enrolled your child at The Liberty School. Our staff will work hard to ensure that the experience will be a challenging, successful, and exciting one for your child.
Tuition for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year is $19,500. If you'd like to apply for a scholarship, you can do so by clicking this link. The deadline to apply for a Liberty School Scholarship is May 10th, 2024. Scholarship notifications will be communicated in the first two weeks of June after we receive the ACE Scholarship Notifications. The Liberty School’s cost commitments are predicated on a certain number of students for the entire year. In the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of your child at any time during the school year, The Liberty School reserves the right to require full payment of tuition, and no adjustment thereof will be made. There is no refund or reduction in tuition given due to absences, vacations, holidays, or snow days during the school year.

Our Payment Management System
The Liberty School partners with TUIO, an online payment platform for tuition and school fees management. Through their platform, you can EASILY view and pay your invoices electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to yearly tuition, you will incur the following fees:
- A one-time $100 processing fee for new applicants.
- A $500 deposit to reserve your child's placement is due upon submission of this Enrollment/Tuition, Fees & Payment Plan Agreement Form. (Note: This amount will be credited against the regular tuition fee.)
- A $200 fee for school supplies and technology. Note: This fee will be billed at the beginning of the school year. Families will not be required to purchase any school supplies and we will supply each student with a Dell Chromebook (for use at school only).
After we receive your enrollment forms, you will receive an invitation by email to set up your TUIO account. When you set up your account, your monthly tuition and fee invoices will be automatically issued to your TUIO account on the 1st of every month and the payment will be due on the 15th of that month.
You can choose to set up your tuition payments to be paid online automatically in the following ways:
1) Online payment via automatic, recurring ACH withdrawal (this is an electronic check, similar to pre-authorized debit. There is no additional charge to you to use the ACH withdrawal option as The Liberty School has agreed to cover those costs to encourage you to set up monthly, recurring tuition payments.
2) Online payment via credit card. This method incurs a fee of 35¢ + 3.5% in processing fees paid by you, the parent/guardian.
You will have 4 payment options to choose from:
- A full payment at the beginning of the school year. (This is the only option that can be paid by traditional check, if desired.)
- A quarterly payment plan with payments being due every quarter.
- A 10-month payment plan August 15th through May 15th.
- A 12-month payment plan from June 15th to May 15th.
To take advantage of any of our payment plans, payments MUST be made via TUIO's automatic ACH or Credit/Debit Withdrawal methods.
In the event your automatic payment fails and is returned as an NSF, we are charged $25 by our payment processor and we will pass that NSF fee on to you. If you know that your funds will not be available for payment, please let us know AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR to the payment due date so we can stop the payment from processing and help you avoid an NSF fee.
