GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION: Allowing another service provider to work over my work. Doing so will terminate the agreement and you will become a full paying customer.
If you decide to terminate this agreement. You will need a 7 day notice before next scheduled appointment. Appointments will be scheduled two weeks apart. Fill ins are discounted.
