Refund Information
Written notice of intent to withdraw must be given to the program director or Administrator. NO refund will be made to a student who withdraws unofficially or who has been required to withdraw by the school.
Refunds will be issued on tuition under the following circumstances:
A full refund will be issued to students who withdraw before the first day of class, or if the school cancels the course for whatever reason. Students who begin instruction but withdraw prior to the twenty-five percent (25%) mark of the program will receive a seventy-five percent (75%) refund. NONREFUNDABLE registration fees and lab fee $150
NONREFUNDABLE Registration fee.
NO refunds (NONREFUNDABLE) to be issued to a student who was made to drop due to misconduct or poor progress.
Withdrawal
Must complete withdrawal form and follow the refund guidelines in the catalog/handbook.
ATTENDANCE & MAKEUP POLICY
Full attendance is required for students to complete the program. There are no excused absences for Clinicals students must attend all hours for clinicals to pass the program. If a student is absent from clinicals, he/she will be dropped from the course. Absenteeism is calculated from the first day of class. Students must be on time for all class and clinical assignments and stay for the duration of the class and clinical time.
No tardiness for class lectures, lab, or clinicals will be allowed unless there is a dire emergency. Students will be removed from the program for excessive tardiness. A student is considered tardy if he/she comes in or leaves class, lab, or clinical setting outside designated program start on or before the end of class, lab or clinical.
Classic Training Academy LLC. reserves the right to cancel classes due to an insufficient number of students enrolled in class, or any state of North Carolina order in which we must abide by.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to always exhibit acceptable behaviors while on school grounds for the following reasons:
A. To maintain an appropriate learning environment
B. To enable the students to enter the healthcare profession
C. To maintain the safety of the school premises, students and staff
Classic Training Academy. will not tolerate any behavior considered inappropriate, disruptive, and unacceptable. Exhibiting unacceptable conduct may result in either probation, suspension, expulsion or other disciplinary action. The following behaviors are considered unacceptable, but this list is not all inclusive:
● Cheating on examination, plagiarism, buying, selling or stealing
● Abuse or threatening abuse to others
● Falsification of school or client records
● Breach of confidentiality
● Fighting or instigating arguments with fellow students or staff
● Insubordination to instructor or any other staff members of the school
● Being loud, discourteous, or using profane language
● Possession of firearm or other weapons in school or clinical premises
● Possession or use of alcoholic beverage, illegal narcotic or drugs in school or clinical premises
● Failure to adhere to safety standards protective of self and others
● Breach of any Federal, State, or Local laws
Disruptive behavior or inappropriate language, such as profanity or inappropriate discussion of personal problems, during any phase of training and testing is not permitted.
Performing a task for which a student has not received training.
Failure to adhere to safety precautions taught for each lab skill.
Failure to report appropriate information, such as changes or problems in a resident to the instructor and /or appropriate staff member.
Not adhering to HIPAA guidelines/breach of confidentiality.
Sleeping or distracting behavior during class.
If the instructor deems that inappropriate behavior has occurred, it will result in a meeting with the
Director of Classic Training Academy LLC., and dismissal from the clinical program.

Special Needs - Students in need of special accommodations should notify the school administrator in writing.
Online Access Requirement - Students are expected to have high-speed internet connection when taking online coursework. Students must use Google Docs or Microsoft Office to submit papers.
