I have agreed to become a member of the Kentucky Storm Elite AAU basketball team. As a member of this team, I will do my best to obey these rules and regulations:
1. I will respect my coaches and parents.
2. I understand my grades in school and behavior at home may impact my position on the team.
3. I will practice good sportsmanship before, during and after the games regardless if we win or lose.
4. I will respect the judgment of the officials, even if I disagree with their calls. I will not argue or complain.
5. I will never quit. No matter the score, I will give my best.
6. I will work hard at every practice and have a positive attitude. If I am disrespectful or lazy at practice it will affect my playing time.
7. I will not get down on myself when things are not going my way.
8. I will support and encourage my teammates.
9. I will learn from my mistakes.
10. I will have fun and continue to become a better basketball player.
I will always do my best to follow these rules. My coaches, parents, and I understand that I am not perfect, but repeated violations can and will impact my standing on this team. These rules are in place so I can be a better player, teammate and person.
