  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast.

    You may cancel your reservation up to 24th June 2023 with full refund less an administration fee of R115.00. Reservations cancelled after 24th June 2023 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

    • 60 - 31 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
    • 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

    An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after the 25th July 2023. Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.

    For group reservations terms and conditions, these will be outlined in group contracts.
