Conflict of Interest Statement
The Student Advice Centre (SAC), on occasion, is faced with a conflict of interest e.g. whereby the advisers know the student personally or two or more students contact us with regards to the same issue but they are in dispute. We will consider each case in its own right but our responsibility will lie with the first presenting client. We may not be able to explain to you why we cannot see you for confidentiality reasons. We accept this may be difficult to understand but we have to maintain a professional and balanced service. Otherwise, we will try to provide you with details of a referral agency that can help you.
