Programming Committee - Create overall flow of festival with team. Review panelist applications and provide assessment. Estimated to be 4-5 hours of time.
Screening Committee - Review and screen films/content - Watch a minimum of 6 hours of content and provide assessment. Members can watch more than 6 hours if they are interested in doing so.
Marketing and PR Committee - Plan and execute on marketing and PR plan with team - estimated to be 4-5 hours of time.
Technology and Metaverse Committee - Plan and execute on metaverse, OTT, and website build with team. Provide feedback, run tech checks, and be available during the festival. Estimated to be 4-5 hours of time.
