Exhibitor information

*The Organising Committee will decide, based on submission date, number of interested exhibitors and requested square metres, if your requested space can be confirmed. *An additional fee will be applicable for the custom booth size. The EARPA management will decide on the amount for the additional fee based on the size requested.
Your booth:

The Booth space includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Extra materials such as electricity, tables, chairs and AV material can be rented via our external suppliers. Please note: There are no walls between the booths (open space!) and almost all walls of “The Grand Hall” consist of bricks.
