Society Registration: Fees for all social activities must be prepaid. There is no meeting fee. Prepaid tickets for the social activities will be available at the TSS registration desk. The deadline for registration for this meeting's social actitivites is March 15, 2023. After this date there will be an increase in fees.
Hotel reservations: Please take a moment now to reserve your room at The Holiday Inn Conference Center. Reserve your room soon to receive the favorable rate that TSS has negotiated. When you make your reservation, and also when you check in, please identify yourself as associated with the Texas Surgical Society to ensure that the Society is credited for your stay against our guaranteed room block. Please refrain from booking your room through a third party, as this does not get counted toward our guaranteed room block! The deadline for the hotel reservation is April 1, 2023. After this date the rooms will be released for general sale. Reservations received after this date will be taken on a space-available basis and will not be guaranteed the group rate.
