Cherokee National Collection Donation

Please describe the item or materials you are considering for donation. Acceptance of material into the Cherokee National Collection depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevance to Cherokee history and culture. Any information you can provide about how your item or materials connect to Cherokee history and culture will help inform our decision-making.

If you have any photographs or scans of your material, please attach them. These images allow us to more quickly evaluate material being offered for donation.

Schedule An Appointment

The research rooms at the Cherokee National Research Center are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time. Please select a day and time that you'd prefer to visit. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred day but our space is limited and rooms may be booked already. Our team will contact you to finalize scheduling.
