Commencement week is a busy time. So that we can adequately prepare for the board meeting and Commencement service, we need to know when you will be on campus.

We are also securing a block of hotel rooms, so that you don’t have to reserve your room. The House is just reserving the room; the board member is responsible for all charges.

For students, staff, and faculty, the Refectory is open and available on Monday & Tuesday of Commencement week for your normal meal(s). if you would like to bring someone from your household, please pay at the kiosk.

For Wednesday & Thursday, all students, staff, faculty, and those within their immediate household are invited to the meals and festivities. The alumni lunch is reserved for faculty, staff, seniors (graduating students), alumni and registered guest. Middlers and Juniors and their family are invited to a casual lunch in the refectory., everyone is invited to join.

Juniors & middlers are invited to join the alumni luncheon during the Witness to Dignity portion with Fr. Russ Levenson begins; if attending this portion, please wear clothing in keeping with the event.

Due to limited spacing, children are not permitted at the alumni luncheon..
