Best Academy will provide hybrid classes/tutoring during the 2022-23 school year. Students can choose and attend classes/tutoring either in-person or online. In-person students may join their class(es) online with prior notice if they can't attend classes in person.

If you registered our virtual only class, the class is conducted 100% live, in real-time. We will never ask you to watch a video and figure things our on your own. Our online format is very close to an in-person teaching method. All students must keep their cameras on during the entire class time, per our school policy.

All the information given on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Best Academy has my permission to use my child’s photograph publicly to promote the institution. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Refund Policy

Cancellation is permitted only through 03/18/2023 with a $45.00 cancellation fee and 3% of credit card bill amount if you paid using a credit card. All refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice of cancellation. No cancellation or refund will be allowed after 03/18/2023. No refund/credit will be given for days missed due to natural disasters, which may include power outage of the building, and for personal reasons such as vacation or sickness. There is a $25 return check fee, $20 declined credit card fee, and $40 ACH rejection fee.
