TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All payments are non-refundable. Credits will be issued for absences.

For monthly memberships, a 30-day notice is required for any cancellation in order to avoid further monthly charges.
Example: a student wishing to stop lessons as of January 1st must provide notice no later than December 1st to avoid being charged for the month of January.

In the event of illness or unavailability, lesson cancellations must be made through the Academy’s online platform.
A credit will then be issued and may be used at a later date, in accordance with our policy.

Students are responsible for bringing their learning materials to each lesson, including pens, pencils, and notebooks / lesson books.

The Academy provides a sufficient number of keyboards for all students, including group classes.
However, students enrolled in violin and guitar lessons are required to bring their own instrument.

Material Fee #1$40.00 CAD

An annual material fee of $80 is required to provide students with full access to the academy's complete range of pedagogical resources, including all educational materials and learning tools. The fee is billed in two instalments of $40: the first instalment is charged upon registration; the second instalment is automatically charged 60 days later. For returning students, this fee is renewed annually. For all accounts created on or before December 31 of the previous year, the first $40 instalment is charged on June 25, and the second $40 instalment is automatically charged 60 days later, on August 25.
