Pickup Date and Time - Arrangements can be picked up Monday-Friday between noon and 5 p.m. at our sister store, Willow and Star Flowers, located at 1760 East 86th Street. Please call 317-669-0767 if you need availability outside these times. RENTALS ARE FOR A FOUR DAY PERIOD. Friday pickups must be returned on Monday.

Would you like to add an accent color to your personal flowers? Corsages and boutonnieres only.

Please note that this color will compliment the neutral tones of the personal flowers; they will not replace the the neutral tones.

The floral columns measure 84" tall on one side, 60" tall on the other side, and 20" wide. Customers are responsible for the transportation and setup of the floral columns.

Willow Everlasting arrangement pricing includes rental only. Rentals must be returned within 4 days of your pickup time. If arrangements are not returned within 4 days, or are returned damaged, you will incur a charge for the arrangements. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so if your return date falls on the weekend, you may bring them back the following Monday.

I acknowledge and agree to pay the following pricing for arrangements NOT returned in ideal condition: Bridal bouquet $240 each, Bridesmaid's Bouquet $120 each, Boutonniere $25 each, Corsage $50 each, Flower Crown $70 each, Petite Centerpiece $125 each, Classic Centerpiece $240 each, Floral Arch $3,000.

When renting from Willow Everlasting, you agree to treat the arrangements with great care. The rental coverage provided by us covers normal wear and tear, but you are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the arrangements for any reason, including theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, or any other cause. If you return an arrangement that is damaged, you hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your card on file for the price of repairing or replacing the arrangement, as determined by our discretion.

In order to ensure the smooth and timely collection of payment for unreturned or damaged arrangements, Willow Everlasting will be in contact to store a card on file for each customer.

A Willow Everlasting team member will reach out via phone to obtain a card on file for any incidentals. Please select a good date and time for a phone call.

When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on renting the arrangements no longer can. Late fee(s) of up to $250 per day will be charged to your card on file for each order that is not returned on time. If you have not returned your arrangements within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Willow Everlasting will charge your payment method on file the then current purchase price + tax for each item minus previously paid late fees.

In the event of a cancellation, please alert Willow Everlasting (via email: hello@willoweverlasting.com) as soon as possible. You may cancel your order up to 91 days before your event. If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of your event, a refund of payment will not be issued.
