You have ministry aspirations. GutsX Ministry Training has the culture and programs to lay the strong foundation required to propel you into ministry. With over three decades of evangelism and church growing, the grit it takes to fulfill your calling is in our DNA. Our goal is to help draw out the natural gifting in you, develop and train you, so you feel empowered to do what you were created to do. Receive the training you need, and then jump onto a track that mobilizes you to plant a church, go onto the mission field, or fortify the Body of Christ from a place of influence. No matter where you go from here, you’ll go confidently and equipped to live your purpose.

CODE OF CONDUCT

A pivotal key to every GutsX Ministry Training student is to maintain Christian character in line with biblical principles. As a student, you are expected to live in such a manner that brings glory to Christ and avoids every appearance of evil in your behavior and attitude both in and outside the offices and church settings (1 Thess 5:22). Therefore, you are expected to:

• Abstain from biblically immoral practices including drunkenness, stealing, slanderous or profane language, dishonesty, occult practices and sexual sins (premarital sex, adultery and homosexuality) or any other behavior that is considered detrimental to Christian character and witness (1 Tim 3:2-3)

• Avoid bad attitudes (such as jealousy, pride, bitterness, greed, strife, needless anger and discrimination) and behavior (such as gossip, divisiveness and complaining) that disrupts the unity and health of the church (Gal 5:19-21)

• Submit to the designated leadership and graciously receive correction

• Honor and respect leadership, members of staff, members of the congregation, and other students.

• Abstain from alcohol, smoking, chewing of any tobacco substances, and the use of any illegal drugs. Do not abuse prescription drugs and take only as directed/prescribed to you.

• Abstain from any mind-altering substances including sniffing, marijuana, etc.

• Do not go to bars (including bars within restaurants)
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

MEMBERSHIP: GutsX Ministry Training students are considered members of Guts Church and are expected to attend and participate in Sunday and Wednesday services.

ATTENDANCE: Attend all classes, projects, activities, events, and services required unless formally excused.

PARTICIPATION: Turn in all assignments and complete required readings by the due dates specified.
