Based on your responses, we suggest considering the Equity Factors Assessment. This Assessment, written with over 500 years of combined experience, takes the form of a 35 minute survey given to all members. Results are in return evaluated by three community members dedicated to your success.

The Equity Factors Assessment is a survey written by a community with over 500 years of equity advocacy experience. In turn the results are also evaluated by three (3) members of the adovcacy community.

To assist in the administration of this organization-wide survey in an effort to reduce any potential harm in administring the survey, we offer an Equity Auditor service. The survey itself requires only 35 minutes of each participants' time and can be done with effeciency to cause the least amount of disruption to the day-to-day operation.

Equity Factors Assessment, $3,500 plus $20/person over 30 persons
Equity Auditor Service: $1,000 flat fee

Become an Equity Evaluator: Get paid to be one of three Evaluators to assess the equitable practices of any organization. We shall never feel alone again.

A guided evaluation requires only three (3) hours of your expert time over a two (2) week period, and you'll never need to interact with the organization. We rebalance power.

Requirements? Only two: You have lived experience with inequity, and you've given thought to how it connects to larger systems. Because That's Equity.

Pay: $600 (or $200/hour), additional pay for organizations over 50

The Equity Auditor role was created at the request of those who wrote the Equity Factors Assessment to ensure that organizations not familiar with equity work use this powerful tool responsibly.

The work consists of conducting a survey given to all members of the organization. Organizations come from all fields and sectors, giving the Auditor an opportunty to expand existing networks and practice. This role requires no consulting, review of documents, or interaction with the organization other than the one job. Think "Tax Audit" but for equitable practices. Power rebalanced. 

Pay: $1,000 (or $200/hour), additional pay for organizations over 50

The Assessment results provide you, the Equity Practitioner, with honest thoughts from members as well as three community equity advocates specifically around areas of immediate need (informed and agreed roadmap). See, we back you up and what you know even though we may not be in the room.
