    All vendors have been selected for the 2025 Games. Fill out the form below in its entirety to be added to our waitlist for the 2025 Games. We are NOT currently accepting applications for the 2026 Games.
  • Information

    Space Rental Costs

    • 10' x 10' Space: $350
    • 20' x 20' Space: $550
    • 20' x 30' Space: $650
    • 20' x 40' Space: $750

    Electricity Cost

    • $50 for the day.
    • Each line is a standard 15 amp 120 volt circuit.
    • You must bring your own UL Listed and approved extension cords with a ground. The cords will be inspected prior to being allowed for use by a certified Master Electrician.
    • There is a limited amount of electrical spaces available and will be first come first serve.

    Tents, Tables, and Chairs

    • Price to be determined.
    • All tents must be rented through the Fair Hill Scottish Games. Tents rented from other vendors will not be allowed to be set up! If you are bringing your own tent, you must bring appropriate supports and weights for any wind gusts and/or storms. Each tent will be inspected prior to the festival and if the correct means of anchoring are not complete you will be required to remain closed until the issue is resolved and the tent is re-inspected.
