Cancelation Policy 48 Hour Notice is Required:
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no-shows policies are as follows: 48 Hour notice is required for all appointment cancelations or adjustments and must be made by phone or email .
Both no-shows and late cancellations will result in a service fee . Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% service fee. No-show or same-day cancellation will result in 100% service fee. Payment will be required prior to rebooking your next service.
Sickness:
If you are sick with fever, cough, runny nose and or chills, you will be asked to reschedule and fee will be waived. Thank you for understanding. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy..
