FIRST COURSE (Two halves): Risotto with aromatic herbs (thyme, marjoram, tarragon and savory) and Fassone beef tartare.
Ravioli with eggplant and dry cherry tomatoes, pistachio pesto and fresh burrata cheese
MAIN COURSE: Traditionally roasted veal brisket with warm pickled vegetables and citrus mayonnaise
DESSERT: Millefoglie cream cake with berries
Menu B:
