Business License Application/Renewal

The Amity Township Board of Supervisors has adopted an Ordinance establishing a Business registry. The annual registry will provide Amity Township staff and Emergency Services with the required information as may be needed for emergencies as well as providing code assistance. I agree and choose to receive my License by first class mailI do not wish to sign electronically and will make arrangements for either myself or an authorized individual to come into the Code Department M-F, between 8 am-noon or 1:00-4:30 pm to sign and pay for the permit

Business License Registration Fee is $100.00 (1st time only)

Business License Annual Renewal Fee is $25.00

Please be aware, any alterations to an existing commercial building or space must be approved by the Amity Township Building Code Official prior to commencement. Performing alterations without a Permit can lead to 2x current permit fees.

Once the application is received, License processing typically takes 7-10 business days. Please check your email during this process as we may contact you for additional information that may be required or that your License is ready for final processing.
