FDACS is pleased to announce that our FNW Nutrition Standards staff will offer a free USDA Recipe Standardization training session, open to all participating SFAs, during the conference. The USDA’s “Food Buying Guide for School Nutrition Programs” also will be provided and discussed to assist SNPs with information about procuring foods properly and determining how to credit foods towards program meal pattern requirements.
