ASSUMTION OF RISK, RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PRESIDENT CUP 2025 T20 TOURNAMENT

 In consideration of my participation in the PRESIDENT CUP 2025 (hereafter referred to as "PRESIDENT CUP T20"), I, for myself, my family members, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby release, waive and forever discharge the Cricket Council USA, Inc., its sponsors, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and assigns, participating cricket Leagues, including but not limited to, Tampa Premier Cricket League, and the County of Pasco, its elected officials, employees, agents, attorneys, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action of whatsoever type, whether in law or equity, resulting in any loss or injury whatsoever, whether said loss or injury results in death, damage(s) to my person or property howsoever caused, arising, or to arise by reason of my participation in the Tournament.
