  • Lake Genero Fall Fest 2023 Vendor Application

    Apply to be a vendor at Lake Genero's Third Annual Fall Fest on Sunday, October 15th from 10am - 4pm (set up starting at 7am). $40/ 10' x 10'x space. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. PLEASE NOTE- This is NOT A REGISTRATION FORM. We will contact you with your application status after review. Thank you!

    1. NO FOOD or BEVERAGE ITEMS.
    2. $40/ 10'x10' space, up to 3 spaces per vendor.
    3. Rain date: Sunday, October 15th 2023 - must attend if date is changed.
    4. Vendors must arrive for set up before 8:00am. Gates open at 7:00am. 
    5. Vendors are required to stay set up until event end, 4:00pm.
    6. We do not have access for electricity.
    7. Although we do our best to avoid duplication among vendors, Lake Genero is not responsible for duplication of items among vendors. If you sell a specific brand you must specify ex: Scentsy, Paparazzi, etc you must state it in your form. 
    8. Vendors are permitted to park behind their space, however may not move their vehicle until the event concludes (even if sold out). This is a safety measure and parking/transportation will be provided from the cabin side of the lake to the front entrance for vendors.
    9. VENDORS WILL NOT be permitted to park in the parking lot as we need the space for shoppers and handicapped accommodations. If you are handicapped you may reserve a handicapped space by noting so on your application and providing proof.
    10. Lake Genero is not responsible for any stolen, damaged or lost products, materials or supplies during your stay.
    11. You are required to supply your own chairs, tables, display boards, tarps, extension cords and tents. Lake Genero will only be supplying you the contracted space size.
    12. Event is subject to change and changes will be announced through the email you provided and Facebook.
    13. Pavilion spots are available at an additional fee. Please email or leave a note to inquire.
    14. Vendors are responsible for removing all unsold items off the property at the end of the event. We do not have dumpsters or garbage bins. 
    15. Lake Genero uses all funds to promote the events. For optimal success, vendors are encouraged to follow Lake Genero on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and share events as often as possible to as many relevant groups as possible. 
    16. No refunds will be honored after September 14th, 2023. If we are unable to host the event on the date or rain date, we will issue all vendors a credit for future events. We cannot issue refunds due to the fact that we spend vendor proceeds on advertising and funds won't be avaiable in the event of cancelation. 
    17. Vendors agrees that all photos and images taken at the event and used by Lake Genero are property of Lake Genero. Genero owns the rights to all images. 
    18. Vendors are responsible for their own profits. We do our best to get guests on site, but the vendor is untlimately responsible for selling their items and making a profit. 
  • Upon approval, vendors will receive an invoice via email which must be paid 1 week from the date sent. Due to high volume of interested vendors, we cannot make exceptions for late payments. Thank you! -Katy
