                                                       ᴄᴏɴꜱᴜʟᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴅɪꜱᴄʟᴀɪᴍᴇʀ:

All on-site consultations require a L$3,000 consultation fee. This applies anytime I am requested to visit your land to discuss landscaping, decorating, layout ideas, design possibilities, or recommendations for your space.

Consultations require dedicated time to view your property, understand your vision, discuss ideas, and determine the best direction for your project. The L$3,000 fee must be paid prior to the consultation and covers my time, professional input, and creative planning.

 ᴘᴀʏᴍᴇɴᴛ & ᴘʀɪᴄɪɴɢ ᴅɪꜱᴄʟᴀɪᴍᴇʀ:

All services must be paid in full before any work begins. I do not accept deposits, partial payments, or payment plans. All payments must be submitted through the designated tip jar provided at the time of booking.

All prices are firm and non-negotiable. My pricing reflects the time, creativity, attention to detail, and quality that goes into each project. Please be sure you are comfortable with the final price before submitting payment.

By submitting your full payment, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the pricing and services discussed for your project. 🤍✨

 ᴅɪꜱᴄʟᴀɪᴍᴇʀ:

For larger projects, please allow a minimum of one week for completion. When booking, I will provide an estimated completion timeframe based on the size and details of your project.

Once your final design decisions have been approved, full payment has been received, and I have begun working on your project, any major changes or changes to the original agreed-upon design will require an additional revision fee starting at L$5,000. The final fee will depend on the size of the project and the amount of work required to make the requested changes.

Before your scheduled service begins, you are responsible for making sure your land is accessible and that I have all necessary land permissions/rights needed to complete the work. Any delays caused by inaccessible land or missing permissions may affect your completion date.
