All appointments are scheduled for 60 - 90 minutes but may end before or after our scheduled timeframe i.e. Loc maintance may extend to 120 minutes or facials may extend to 75 minutes. Please give yourself and service provider enough time for your appointment as no rushing or stopping will be encouraged.
A deposit of $15.00 is due to secure your appointment and will go towards your service. Your remaining balance will be due in CASH ONLY and must be on your person prior to starting your service. Please make the appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment, you will not be able to go to the car or ATM to get cash once service is completed.
No additional guest or children are allowed to attend your appointment.
A confirmation text will be sent to you 24-hours prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment and will include service location/address. Please text 773.770.5740 when you have arrived or with any questions or concerns.
You will be asked to reschedule if:
- You arrive later than 15-minutes to your appointment. [10:16am = cancelled]
- You are experiencing sensitivity or irritation to the skin.
- You exfoliated or had skin removed within the last 24-48 hours.
- You have any open wounds, sores, cuts, sunburns or recent outbreaks.
- You are experiencing symptoms of illness or viral infection.
- During our client in-take consultation we discover something that needs to heal before your service can be performed.
Booking Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me at least 24-48 hours before your appointment via TEXT ONLY. Your initial deposit will be moved to your new appointment as a one time courtesy. All new appointments require a new deposit.
- No calls & No shows will be banned from booking FOREVER. Please do not book if you don't plan to attend your appointment. If it's an emergency please still contact me immediately to let me know of the of inconvenience.
- All deposits and services are non-refundable.
