Here are some important things you need to do before completing this form:
1) Have an official copy of your transcripts.
2) Have an official copy of your ACT or SAT scores (if available).
3) Write a short essay no less than 400 words but no more than 500 words on the following theme: "As a high school senior and future college freshman, pleae share the most important issues that America faces today?"
**IMPORTANT: In order to complete the form as quickly as possible, you WILL need ALL of the above items.** Please complete this form accurately as possible as all required information will be reviewed. Once applications are reviewed, selected applicants will be contacted for interviews conducted by the 100 Black Men Scholarship Committee.
Finalist from the interview process will be awarded with scholarships from the 100 Black Men Scholarship Fund. A portion of those funds will be made available for the fall semester that immediately follows the students' graduation from high school. Scholarship recipients' funds will only be disbursed after proof of verification of enrollment at an accredited college/university is obtained by the committee within the designated timeframe.
