Please use this form to apply for membership to the Italian American Cultural Club. Immediately upon submitting this form, you are conditionally approved for membership. Once the Membership Committee has voted on your application, you will receive an invoice for your membership dues that you can pay online. Once your dues are paid, you will be invited to the next possible meeting of the Italian American Cultural Club for induction to the organization. You will receive a phone message and an e-mail inviting you to the meeting and instructions on how to make your reservation.

New Members of the Italian American Cultural Club are NOT required to have a Sponsor to gain entry to the organization. However, if a current member referred you for membership, we would appreciate if you would provide their name!

Individuals that wish to join the Italian American Cultural Club, per our bylaws, "must have an interest in the Italian Culture". Please provide us a minimum of one reason that you wish to join our organization.

Individuals that wish to join the Italian American Cultural Club, per our bylaws, are not required to have Italian Ancestry or Heritage, but if you do, we would like for you to share that with us! At times, we try to tailor some of our experiences to regions and areas that our members have connections to.

Membership Dues are used to support the overall operation of our Non-Profit Organization as well as yearly functions that allow us to "Keep The Culture Alive!". Some of the highlights of our budget include:
- The awarding of a minimum of five, $1,000 scholarships each year to students furthering their education past High School.
- The facilitation of a five-day camp for children titled "Campo Italiano" that teach youth Italian Culture, History, and Language.
- Expenses related to the operation of the organization such as postage, storage, and so much more.
