Peyton Smith requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in her schedule, giving her time to offer a cancelled appointment spot to another guest. You can cancel or rebook any scheduled appointment up to 24 hours before your booked appointment, no charges will be made. Anytime within the 24 hour to your appointment you will be charged for 50% of the total of the booked appointment price.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late she may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and the cancellation policy will stand as a missed appointment.
