Nous soussignons, le président et le head coach  du club nommé ci dessus toute information exacte concernant ce formulaire d'inscription

Nous nous engageons à prendre connaissance  des conditions de particpations,du reglement intérieur de l'open O.S.E 26 ainsi que les conditions d'attributions des awards ( lu sur le site ), nous nous engageons également à respecter les consignes demandées durant le journée et ceux notifiés dans le reglement interieur. Nous attestons etre en accord que notre participation ainsi qu'une eventuelle nomination pour un award pourront être annulées si nous ne respections les consignes et /ou si nous faision preuve d'irrespect et de fair-play vis à vis des participants et staff organisateur.

Nous certifions posséder le droit à l'image de nos athlètes et autorisons le staff SPICE EVENTS à diffuser les image de notre club, adhérents et encadrants  par quelque moyen de communication que ce soit et ce pour une durée illimitée.

Nous declinons également toute responsabilité en cas d'accident et incident  divers du staff SPICE EVENTS que ce soit à l'interieur comme à l'extérieur du lieu de l'open du week end du 4 & 5 avril 2026 

Notre inscription et notre signature electronique font preuve de prise de connaissance des conditions stipulées.

TAKE IT INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE ANY REGISTRATION

We sign, the president and the head coach of the club named aboce, any exact informtation regarding this registration form.

We only undertake to read the conditionsof participation, the rules of procedure of the opn OSE 26 and as well as conditions for the awarding of awards. (read on the site), we also undertake to respect the instructions requested during the day and those notified in the rules of procedure. We certify that we agree taht our participation as well as a possible nomination for an award may be canceled if we do not respect the instructions and/or if we show disrespect and fair play towards the partipants and/or organising staff.

We certify that we have the right to the imge of our athletes and authorize the SPICE EVENTS to dessiminate the images of our athletes, members and supervisors by any means of commuication for an illimited time.

We also declineall responsability in the event of SPICE EVENTS for various  accidents and  incidents both inside and outside the venue of the open on weekend april 4 & 5, 2026 

Our registration and our electronic signature prove that we have read the stipulated conditions.

ATTENTION: le staff procedera a une vérification de chaque enregistrement de routine.

Un controle  des licences/livret de famille sera aussi effectué afin d'eviter toute triche.

En cas de  mauvaise saisie de votre part, un mail vous sera envoyé vous indiquant la bonne catégorie  de votre team.

Bien prendre en compte pour votre calcul de moyenne d'age, l'age des athletes au jour de l'open.

BE CAREFUL: staff will verified each routine record;

Licences/famili booklet check will be carried out to avoud any cheating.

In case of wrong entry on your part, an email will be send to you indicatingthe correct catégory of your team.

Take carefully into account for your calculation of your average age ( the age of the athletes on the day of the competition)
