If you are requesting a refund or camp credit for a camp listed on Play'n Sports, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard and request a refund. If the coach didn't activate the "request a refund" button when publishing their camp, then they might not offer a refund, but a camp credit.
- Reach out to the coaching staff directly by visiting the camp page, scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and using the contact button to send an email. Let them know about your request and ask them if they can offer a refund or a camp credit.
- If you haven't heard anything back from the coaching staff within 48 hours, please reach out to us.
Please note that all coaches and organizers have their own refund policy and it is strictly enforced. Play'n Sports has no say in their refund policy.
It is important to note that all refund or camp credit requests must first be directed to the camp organizer or coaching staff before being processed by Play'n Sports. This ensures that any concerns or issues can be addressed directly with the camp and a solution can be reached before a refund or credit is issued.
