Up To Date ACA Membership NumberWe are using the ACA liability insurance for this event. You have some options: - ACA liability insurance is free for up-to-date ACA members (must be active during the Rendezvous in October). If you are a member, please add your membership number below and sign the ACA Waiver here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/612e4bfd92e80/web/ - If you are not an ACA member you may choose to sign up ($40 a year) with the American Canoe Association here: https://www.americancanoe.org/general/register_member_type.asp - You may also choose to not have an active ACA membership. Personal Goals* This field is required.As the Rendezvous continues to grow, the process of grouping paddlers becomes more challenging. To better effect this process, please take a few minutes to write down any thoughts or personal goals you feel would help in determining the group you will be with during the three days of the Rendezvous. This information is critical to the coaches you work with each day to best help you move towards those goals.

Qualifications and/or Experience Information about any paddling qualifications, certifications and/or experience you have will more effectively guide the groupings for the Rendezvous; please add them here. The obvious qualifications would be through ACA, BC, Paddle Canada, FQCK or any governing body awards. Also important are any other sports you participate in, your own paddling expeditions/journeys, and other things you do professionally or recreationally that have helped you grow as a paddler. Again, this information will be critical to the coaches you work with to maximize your learning.

As we have done the last two years, we will do our best to minimize intimate exposure and maintain; the best we can, acceptable social distancing. With that in mind, we will again have a Friday evening Social Hour and a Saturday Evening Barbecue. Options will be Vegetarian or non Vegetarian. If you have a different requirement, please let me know. We will be meeting each night at the historic Robinhood Free Meetinghouse at 5. There is a cash bar that will be open each evening at 5 for all your beverage needs. There will be snack food on Friday night and a cookout style barbecue on Saturday night.

The Saturday evening dinner will be a cookout style barbecue with burgers and salads. Please select from the three options. Campground Parking Permit

If you are not staying at the campground, there will be a three day parking permit that will be required if you are driving your vehicle to the campground. This $15 fee helps allow us to rent the waterfront camping area for the three days, as well as, effecting any repairs necessary afterwards. Hopefully, this will make it more peaceful for other campers using the campground that weekend! This pass also afford access to Reid State Park over the three days.

Feel free to carpool only requiring one pass!

You will be required to have a pass to drive into the campground Friday Oct 13-15, 2023

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot. The balance needs to be paid by July 30th. Please mail a check made out to Sea Cliff Kayakers to Po Box 657 Boothbay, ME 04537.
If you cancel prior to 30 days before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund. If you must cancel less than 30 days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund only if we are able to fill your spot.
