Please read carefully the following DRDA Rider Policies:
- I consent to the above named rider's personal infromation including their medical information being collected by Dunedin RDA.

I consent to Dunedin RDA sharing personal information about the rider with NZRDA to report statistical performance about the riding programme in New Zealand. The NZRDA undertakes that no statistical report will identify the individual rider.

DRDA and NZRDA will each ensure that all personal information about the rider is stored either in locked cabinets or in a secure password-protected database managed by NZRDA, known as The Stable. DRDA will also ensure that only those who require this information for the purposes of their role at RDA will be able to access this.
- I have thoroughly read 'DRDA Community Riding School Terms and Conditions' and agree to all terms and conditions within this document.
- DRDA personnel are responsible for the rider during community riding school session times only – in the process of riding. Parents/caregivers are responsible for the rider at the RDA grounds at all other times. A parent/caregiver must remain onsite with riders for the duration of their lesson. No drop offs allowed.
- I understand that horse-riding and related activities carry inherent risks and that Dunedin RDA has a duty to take reasonable care to prevent injury, accidents can still happen. I agree that Dunedin RDA will not be liable for any accident that could not have been prevented by the reasonable care of its coaches.
- In the event of an emergency or accident, I consent to the program staff taking whatever steps are necessary, including giving first aid and if required calling an ambulance to ensure the safety and well-being of my child/ren. I consent to meeting any associated costs for emergency treatment.
- Dunedin RDA reserves the right to discontinue the course for any rider who does not adhere to the rules and is seen to be a risk to other riders, coaches or our horses. No refund will be given should this situation arise.
