TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our minimum order requirement is $500.
Minimum order amount does not include shipping or tax (if applicable). You are welcome to do any variation of our current products to fulfill your minimum order. Our lead time per wholesale order is 4-6 weeks.
PAYMENTS
Orders require immediate payment by credit card. If you need to make alternate payment options (invoice, PayPal, etc.) please contact us directly at tinyhandspottery@gmail.com to work out a payment option.
MSRP
The MSRP on each product is the price that I sell the pieces on my website. You are authorized to sell the pieces for as much or as little as you like. You are not bound to my pricing.
3rd PARTY PLATFORMS
Tiny Hands Pottrery products are not to be sold on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc. This is strictly prohibited.
DELIVERY:
Free local delivery for retailers in Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina.
Outside of Boone and Blowing Rock-100 miles (round trip) will be charged 15% of the total price for delivery.
Over 100 miles (round trip) delivery is not available.
Free studio pickup is available.
You will be sent an invoice for delivery charge after order is placed.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is required for all orders over 100 miles (round trip) from THP studio. (Unless you have arranged for studio pickup.)
Shipping will be charged after the products have been packaged, for final accurate weight. We will send you an invoice for this final amount.
Package(s) will not be sent until payment has been received.
THP will strive to provide the most economical shipping service available.
If items arrive damaged, packaging and broken pieces must be kept. Send pictures and damage list to THP. THP will file an insurance claim. The PO will likely require packaging and damaged items be presented. Refunds or replacement items will not be issued until the insurance claim is settled.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to tinyhandspottery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
REFUND POLICY:
Order cancellations and refunds will only be issued within 48 hour of placed order. Cancellation must be issued in writing to tinyhandspottery@gmail.com. A full refund will be provided.
