TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. Communication is important between the Event Coordinator/Organizer and the approved vendor. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your space.
2. This is a Vetted event. ALL products/services that are sold/displayed/offered at Rochester Paracon are REQUIRED to be approved in advance by the Event Coordinator and must be included on this application. Additional products/services not included on this application must be submitted in writing to jay@nyparanormal.com and must be approved by the event coordinator.
3. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. All fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days after being approved.
5. NY Paranormal does not have a deadline for applications and will not "hold" spaces, meaning booths are available at first to pay first to receives basis until a category/genre is full and/ or booths are sold out.
6. You do not have the right to sublet the privilege of this contract, application, and or booth/space. No vendor shall assign and or sublet the whole or part of the space allotted to vendor therein any programs and or services other than those specified in this contract/application
7. Contract and registration application should be signed, dated and filled out legibly in its entirety, and received by the Event Coordinator, along with the booth fee, in order to participate in the Rochester Paracon. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your space.
8. Vendor agrees to all State and Local ordinances.
9. No alcoholic beverages may be served or distributed by any vendor.
10. Vendor is responsible for any floor damage caused in their booth space that occurs during the show. No items shall be attached (taped, tacked, etc.) or propped Against any part of Rochester Main Street Armorys property.
11. At no times does NY Paranormal and/or the Rochester Main Street Armory/staff take care, custody and/or control of vendor's equipment, products, or display items. Rochester Main Street Armory does not provide storage space for crates, palettes, boxes, etc.
12, Set up is available and strongly amencouraged Saturday 10/7/23 from 8 am until 9:30
13. All vendors are required to be ready for customers by 9:45 on the day of the event
14. Vendors will not infringe on neighboring vendor booth space nor exceed the limits of their own assigned booth space, this includes signage, products, chairs, tables, etc.
15. Assignment of booth(s) space is at the discretion of the Event Coordinator. Booth assignments will be emailed separately 1-2 weeks before event.
16. NY Paranormal reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor
17. Vendors who collect sales must apply required sales tax on all taxable goods and display Certificate of Authority required per NYS laws.
18. NY Paranormal and the Main Street Armory are not responsibility for any damage or theft
19. We ask all of our vendors to help promote the Rochester Paracon and share our Facebook page and promotional posts.
