Academic Transcript Order Form

Sydney College of Divinity Students can request a physical copy of their Academic Transcript. The Transcript will be produced using the current Transcript template. The Transcript will contain the signature of the SCD Registrar only. The cost of processing a Transcript is $50 aud, plus additional postage. Processing will start upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made online through PayPal or credit card. Please note that it may take at least 14 working days for processing and posting.
