Testamur Order Form

Sydney College of Divinity graduates can request a replacement Testamur if the original has been lost / damaged or for any other reason. The replacement is issued only if the original is returned or in case it is lost, a statutory declaration is required. Please note only a single physical Testamur is produced for each Graduate at the time of printing the original, no copies are kept on file. The replacement Testamur will be produced using the current Testamur template. The replacement Testamur will contain the signature of the SCD Dean and SCD President only. The cost of processing a replacement Testamur is $150 aud, plus additional postage. Processing will start upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made online through PayPal or credit card. Testamur Replacement Request

In order to be issued with a replacement Testamur you must return the original Testamur to the Sydney College of Divinity. If the Testamur is lost and cannot be returned to the Sydney College of Divinity, then a Statutory Declaration must accompany this form.
