Nuku Ora collects personal information to manage participation in the event. Nuku Ora reserves the right to take photographs at the Senior Regional Games and use them for promotional purposes. By participating in the event, attendees agree to allow their images to be be used in such photographs. Attendees who prefer that their images are not used are asked to identify themselves to organisers on the day.
