-Should your surrender request be accepted by Touching Hearts Animal Rescue, full Ownership of the cat immediately transfers to Touching Hearts Animal Rescue.

-If for any reason you wish to take the cat back into your care after surrendering it to Touching Hearts Animal Rescue, you must apply to adopt the cat back and undergo the same adoption processes as the general public.

-Any surrender fees charged must be paid before the cat comes into the care of Touching Hearts Animal Rescue and failure to pay the surrender fee's will result in the termination of the approved surrender.
