Eligibility: Sponsorship requests must be made by a nonprofit organization or event that aligns with the Co-op's mission and values. Requests from individuals or for-profit organizations may not be considered Submission Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event or program start date. Late submissions will not be considered Complete Information: Requests must include all information required in the sponsorship request form, including details about the event or program, the target audience. the requested amount and in-kind donations. and how the sponsorship will benefit the community. Evaluation Criteria: Sponsorship decisions will be based on the Co-op's budget and priorities, the alignment of the event or program with the Co-op's mission and values, and the potencial impact on the community. Notification: The Co-op will notify al applicants of its sponsorship decision within 30 days of receiving the completed request form. Confidentiality: The Co-op will keep all sponsorship request information confidential and will not share it with third parties. Use of Co-op's Name and Logo: The Co-op's name and logo may only be used with prior written permission Any unauthorized use of the Co-op's name and logo is strictly prohibited. Termination of Sponsorship: The Co-op reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship at any time if the sponsored event or program does not align with the Co-op's mission and values or if the sponsorship conditions are not met. By submitting a sponsorship request. the applicant agrees to these terms and conditions.
