By signing (draw your signature) below I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I acknowledge that I am required to sign a contract and pay a 50% retainer in order for my session to be fully booked and confirmed. I will do so in a timely manner. My session is not booked until these are done. Should I decide to cancel this request, I will do so in a timely manner and will contact the photographer to cancel. I agree that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.
