RENTAL MOORING CONTRACT
Please take note of the following:
1. You are responsible for ensuring that the mooring lines are not damaged by chafe at the chock or the chain buoy. There is a labor charge of $30.00 in addition to the price of materials to repair or un-tangle the lines.
2. All of the moorings are equipped with a pickup stick and chain buoy when set. If, at any time, either is lost or damaged, let us know immediately in order that we may replace them. There is a charge to replace any missing or damaged pickup sticks.
3. Please read your contract carefully and be sure to fill out / update all requested information. It is particularly important to make sure we have the best phone number to reach you so that we can contact you quickly if the need arises. Also, as important, is providing the vessel name and NY registration number so we can identify a sunken or damaged vessel.
4. Your mooring meets or exceeds the specifications mandated by the yacht clubs without the need to purchase any options.
5. Chain sizes and lengths meet or exceed the requirements of the Northport Harbor advisory board. Those specifications are available upon request.
6. You will receive an email confirmation when your mooring has been set, which will include a link to our mooring chart to find your mooring location.
7. No outside contractors will be transported on Seymour's Launch without the prior approval from the office or yard manager. Please remember fuel, toolboxes, bimini frames or other objects which may scratch or damage the launch and are not in accordance with the US Coast Guard regulations are PROHIBITED on the launch.

THERE IS NO CHARGE TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE MOORING WHERE IT WAS ORIGINALLY SET.
LAUNCH SERVICE CONTRACT REFUNDS ARE CONSIDERED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

RENTAL MOORING TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Customer is responsible for the following:
1. Providing chafing gear properly placed and suitable for your vessel.
2. Keeping the pennants clean and free of growth to prevent chafing at chain buoy.
3. Keeping the chain buoy and chain clear of growth to prevent chafing and to prevent buoy from sinking.
4. Securing tall buoy on deck.
5. Notifying Seymour's of loss of mooring or buoy.
6. Notifying Seymour's if mooring is moved from location.
7. Notifying Seymour's upon completion of mooring use.
8. Notifying Seymour's if vessel changes hands. Subletting of mooring is not allowed.
9. At least 3 days prior to launching vessel, confirming that mooring has been set.
10. Vacating mooring no later than December 2.
Customer will be billed for any loss or damage to equipment due to failure to comply with the conditions stated above. Seymour's does not accept any responsibility for damage to vessels which break away or drag during heavy weather or for damage to pennants due to chafing. It is expressly understood and agreed that in the event the boat, its contents and/or equipment are lost or damaged through theft, fire, vandalism or act of God, Seymour's shall not be liable to the owner for such loss or damage.
TENDER SERVICES TERMS OF AGREEMENT

SEYMOUR'S TENDER SERVICE OPERATES FROM APRIL 15 TO OCTOBER 31. HOURS FROM MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THRU LABOR DAY WEEKEND ARE:

Sunday - Thursday	8:00AM - 11:00PM
Friday, Saturday & Holidays	8:00AM - Midnight

BEFORE AND AFTER THESE DATES THE SERVICE OPERATES FROM 8:00AM UNTIL POSTED CLOSING TIMES. (Due to varying weather conditions, hours of operation are at the discretion of management & launch captain at all times.)

Payment for tender service entitles the vessel's owner to launch service to transport you and your guest(s) to and from Seymour's Boatyard dock and your boat within the tender service area. It does not entitle the vessel's owner to launch service to transport you or your guest(s) to or from multiple boats, other docks, beaches, or boats.

You agree:

You and your guest(s) will remain seated while the launch is underway, children under 12 years of age will wear USCG approved life jackets at all times, and no outside contractor(s) are permitted on the launch without prior approval from the office or yard manager, no combustible materials are to be transported on the launch, no fuel, toolboxes, bimini frames, oversized coolers, or other objects which may scratch or damage the launch or are not in accordance with the US Coast Guard regulation will be brought on the launch, there are no partial season rates or pro-rated rates if purchased after April 15th and/or not used for the entire season, service will be canceled/denied if used for charter or commercially operated vessels, or if your current Tender Service Sticker does not appear on the starboard quarter of your vessel. Due to varying weather conditions, hours of operation are at the discretion of management & launch captain at all times.
