    After you have uploaded the image files, click on the Submit Entry Button at the very bottom of this form to complete your entry. If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your entries please contact us before the closing time.

  • Step Two - Upload the images - Max file size 10MB

    Digital images must be in JPEG format with the horizontal side being a maximum of 3840 pixels and the vertical being a maximum of 2160 pixels and must be saved in the sRGB colour space.

      *Naming for your image files:
      It is very important that the image file name exactly matches the title of the image.
