West Virginia Non Resident Request Form
Starting this year we are allowing members of WVGA member clubs, who do not live in West Virginia a possible opportunity to qualify for the West Virginia Amateur. All requests will be verified by WVGA staff and considered by the WVGA Championship committee prior to the entry deadline. Please fill out the following and submit no later than April 27th, 2026.
