¡Hola! Thank you for your interest in attending an in person color consultation with me. Here are a few things to consider before proceeding with your request: (¡Hola! Gracias por su interés en obtener una consulta presencial de color conmigo. Aqui le incluyo detalles importantes antes de proceder con el formulario)

• There is a $50 nonrefundable fee. (La consulta tiene costo de $50)
• The consultation is done on a separate date from the possible first color session. (La consulta se realiza en una fecha separada de la posible primera sesion de color)
• If you book your first session $25 from the $50 paid will be applied as a credit. (Si reserva fecha para su primera sesion se le acreditan $25 de los $50 pagados)
• Its a 30min session. (Dura 30 minutos)
• A strand test will performed if needed. (De ser necesario se le realizara una prueba de mechón)

BOOKING POLICY / POLITICA DE RESERVACION DE FECHA: 

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY / POR CITA PREVIA

All appointment requests should be done by completing and sending this form. You will receive a response by text within 24-48hrs. Dates are giving on a first come first serve basis. (Las citas se realizan unicamente cuando el formulario ha sido completado y enviado. Recibira contestacion dentro de 24-48 horas. Las peticiones se contestan segun el orden recibido.)

CANCELLATION POLICY / POLITICA DE CANCELACION:

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within 24hrs the card on file will be charged 50% of the total. If your appointment is cancelled with LESS than 24hrs, same day or you ​​​"No show", the card will be charged 100% of the total.NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE. (Se requiere cancelar o reprogramar citas con 48 horas de anticipacion a la fecha reservada. Si su cita es cancelada con 24hrs de anticipacion la tarjeta en sistema será procesada por el 50% del total. Si su cita es cancelada con menos de 24hrs, el mismo día o usted no se presenta a su cita sin previo aviso la tarjeta en sistema será procesada por el 100% del total. DE NO PRESENTARSE SIN PREVIO AVISO NO TENDRA OPORTUNIDAD PARA RESERVAR CITAS EN EL FUTURO).

LATE POLICY / POLITICA DE TARDANZA:

You will ONLY be allowed 10 minutes late to your appointment, anything later than that will require you to reschedule your appointment for the next available date and the card on file will be charged 100% of the total reserved - NO EXCEPTIONS. Tendrá 10 minutos luego de la hora reservada para presentarse a su cita. De llegar mas tarde de eso tendrá que reprogramar cita para la próxima fecha disponible y su tarjeta será procesada por el 100% del total - SIN EXCEPCIONES.

NO KIDS ALLOWED  & NO EXTRA GUESTS in the studio. They should wait in the guest lounge inside the building or in the car. No se aceptan niños ni acompañantes en el estudio. Deberán quedarse en la sala de espera o en el auto.

 SICK POLICY / POLITICA DE ENFERMEDAD:

IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE FOLLOWING THE CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK YOU WILL NOT BE SERVICED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE 100% OF THE TOTAL. Si está enferma debe reprogramar la cita según la politica de cancelación. Si viene enferma a su cita no se le brindarán los servicios reservados y la tarjeta en sistema será procesada por el 100% reservado.

REFUND POLICY / DEVOLUCION DE DINERO:

I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. No se realiza devolucion de dinero.
