Revolution generally provides owner statements in only PDF format. This is because that is the default format that our software generates statements in automatically. In order to produce an Excel statement, this is a manual process that our staff must complete. To request an Excel owner report, enter the dates you want the report to cover in the fields below.
Please note that you can request any period of time even if it covers multiple years. However, if you want separate reports for each year, month, etc., then you would need to submit a separate form for each period of time you want on a separate spreadsheet.
There is a $30 charge per Excel statement, as this requires manual work from our staff that is outside of our normal management responsibilities.
